Rejected payout since February

I've been trying over and over to get winnings from February, sent all verification, had a redemption previously get approved so I know I'm verified and the method I used worked. I had to message them the first time and was rejected 5x before they finally processed it the 6th time, but I still got it approved the same day I first requested it. After that I deposited money back on there and hit for about $900, played back some and have been trying to redeem $800 repeatedly, trying different as mounts, talked to numerous chat support agents, all using the same excuses, telling me to try requesting $100, they've processed 2 requests of $100 about a month apart, but still rejecting all other requests. Website claims direct to debit redemptions to be instant, they told me in the chat that redemptions above $500 require a longer process to verify im legit and I understand that, but I literally have been requesting the same way to the same account in different amounts always to be rejected, I message support, they've deleted all our previous chat messages now so i can't get screenshots of the repetitive excuses they all have used. I've reported them to the Sweepkings review site, no response. Trust pilot, also no response. I don't know who else or what else I'm supposed to do because I've never had to do this before, but I'm hoping to get some sort of answer or at least response from y'all.

They've deleted all our previous chat history once again, and I've requested $400 for redemption, again, still in queue, I resent my verification via email just in case they needed it, again. Got an email response from them confirming I am fully verified. But yet, still the same excuses, how is it the website says instant redemption but I've been repeatedly rejected and consistently ready to comply if I need to verify anything else, (although they say I don't) but the reasoning they give is compliance review??? Since February.

There has been no updates, still trying to get my winnings, still being denied, chat support still not helping. The latest excuse I received from chat is that they don't handle the redemptions just the compliance.
