I requested winnings of £120 from 26th January. Still have not been paid. Casino lied about paying me when I have not received any payment. Also they do not respond to emails (except automated responses) and also they have no live chat on site so no way of reaching them. It has been over two weeks. Should not take this long. I received no emails regarding verification documents etc and they just did not pay with no explanation.

I still have not received this, but they are saying they have paid and need to check documents from my bank receiving payment. I dont know what the outcome will be but I guess I am satisfied that they have responded to my request and investigated it.
