Deposit not credited in my account

I have deposited 1000 INR on 7th June at 18:21.
Till now balance has not been credited to my account.
Yesterday night I contact customer care live chat they told I have deposited in inactive account which is under maintenance and check time to time ur money will be credited later.Then he told me to deposit in hdfc account and he sent me a mail regarding hdfc account details.I deposited 1000 INR in ICICI bank account number ending with ****0567

Today morning I contacted customer care live chat they are telling me that 1000 INR is already claimed and credited to different account how is this possible?
I haven't disclosed my reference number to anyone how can someone claim my money without my reference number???
As soon as i deposited on 7th at 18:21 and I updated reference number, screenshot and time summited in 3-5min in this mean time how can someone can claim and credited in different account how is it possible???
In screenshot it is clearly mentioned my account holder name KISHORE ***** J without matching and checking how can u credit in different account???

Deposit and withdrawal Issue
I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet Sports account (Username: SREEDHARMISHRA1).

I have four successful deposit transactions that were debited from my bank account but were never credited to my Dafabet account, along with one withdrawal request that has remained pending. These issues have been unresolved for more than six months, despite multiple follow-ups and support tickets.

I have already provided all the required information to Dafa Sports multiple times, including bank statements, transaction screenshots, and email correspondence. However, I have not received a meaningful response or resolution.

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.
