This casino deliberately delays processing of documents so they can cancel the withdrawal request over and over forcing me to start all over. I made a request of $2,000.00 In the second week of April and sent my documents. Then they cancelled my withdraws so I contacted them and they told me to send my docs again to a different email and request withdrawal again. I did that and they were received (for the second time) on April 23. And they have never added my docs to my account and today May 2, they canceled my withdrawal request again!

Hi Kim--

I'm sorry for the frustration you've been having with this--I believe I can have this resolved for you fairly easily.

I've reviewed your account and there are two things we'll need in order to pay your withdrawal (I've already sent you an email regarding this): 1) a clear copy of your ID (the one we've received is illegible and 2) your preferred method of payment. Once I receive these two bits, I'll be able to sort your payment without delays.

I have sent you an email explaining that I have absolutely sent all of that information to raging bull. Not just once but several times. And when I reply directly to their emails requesting pics of my license I keep getting a message saying it can't be delivered. I have tried several ways so I've sent it to you in hopes you can get it to them. Also they HAVE received my wire transfer instructions and I have the confirmation e-mail from them regarding that.

You'll be pleased to know the payment was sent to our processor, last week: 5/9 Paid $1700 for transaction #37409927. I would expect you'll find the funds in your account before the end of this week. ;-)
