Jackpot Luck Casino - Delaying payment & pending period

So I signed up to this casino on the 16th June, was granted a welcome bonus and won some money. I played lost of different slots and completed wagering. I then heard nothing at all until the 18th which was the pending period. Then I received an email accusing me of bonus abuse, banning me from the group and asking for verification documents. My account was finally verified on the 22nd June but I have now been told that the withdrawal will have to go through 48 hours pending again! Not alt all happy as then it will take a further 3 to 5 days to reach my account so 2 weeks for a withdrawal! Surely it has already been through the pending process?
