I am forced to create a complaint because the casino is late with a payment for 2 months, my first payment of $ 200 was requested in June, after in July I won another $ 700 passed 3 weeks, but I have not received any payment yet, I understand that there were certain problems with bitcoin, but it takes too much time, in club player casino I also have not repaid payment of $ 1050 which I also did not receive. I'm so sorry for the delays you've been experiencing with this and I do want to help have this resolved for you.

Unfortunately, since the Bitcoin split, we've been experiencing technical problems with our Bitcoin processor. We've been told this should be cleared up shortly--I just don't want to say a specific day and not come through for you.

I'm happy to arrange an alternate payment method for you if you'd like or if you prefer to wait, I'll make sure your payment is issued as a priority once we're able to get Bitcoin through.
