TonyBet Casino - Delayed Payment Problem with No Email Replies

I opened an account on the 9th March 2016. I deposited £800 and played live blackjack and had a balance of £3300.

My account was suddenly closed and I had to provide ID - which I have done.

I have asked for the funds to be returned to my card as I don't want to use this company anymore.

My account has been disabled since the 9th March and each time I send them an email I either get no reply, or a message stating that we will come back to you.

I really feel that they have no intention of resolving this issue after multiple emails and tweets to their twitter account but I have had no success.

Please can you help resolve this issue as it is putting me in financial hardship.
