Delayed payment of 40.08 Euros

I registed to BlingCity Casino this month. Two days ago I was lucky and won 1000EUR. I requested withdrawl and sent my documents for vertification. Vertification was fast - 5 hours, but my payment is still not approved.. It should have been 24h. Now its 40h. First day after vertification they told me, that my payment will be proceed shortly. Yesterday they told me, that it will be proceed in 24 hours as they promise. After 24 hours they told me, that it will be proceed shortly and know they are telling me, that their is some delay. When I asked, how long - 24h,48h or a week, they answered me, that they cant promise me anything. Then I asked - will I get my withdrawl this month - we cant promise you anything. I thing this is not ok. If they are stating, that their withdrawls to skrill take 24h, they should do that. Ok, things happen and there can be delay, but then answer your customer, when can he expect his money, because now it looks, that they cant promise me anything. I want my payment or time limit, when will I get it.
