BlingCity Casino - Delayed payment of 40.08 Euros

I am writing this complaint here cause BlingCity changed its name to CasinoWilds. When you enter it redirects you to https:­//w­ww.c­as­ino­wil­ and you can use your old account.
I have deposited there many times, made several withdrawals, verified my account as well.
I made my last deposit on Saturday and after an hour of playing I requested a withdrawal of 40.08Euros to my Netteler account.
Their terms say - we pay out within 36 hours but usually within a few hours.
I have chatted with a few people on their live chat and they cannot tell me when I will get the money cause they are having problems. I think that they should mention it in their deposit section - DO NOT DEPOSIT AS WE CANNOT PAY OUT YOUR WINNINGS. I hope for some quick help. Thanks in advance!

They have reversed my withdrawal without any prior notice. I got to know about this when I logged into my account this afternoon. I requested the withdrawal once more and it was processed within a few minutes.
