007 Slots Casino Delayed payment, no livechat or support

Dear AskGamblers!

I made withdrawal request in 7/1/16 at 007 slots for 238€. At last payment was approved 19/1/16. But it has not been paid to me yet after 18 days!!!. Last time I was able to be in contact to livechat was 7/1/16. After that live chat has been disconnected. It should be available 9.00-18.00 CET. All my email to the support has been rejected (Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table). They send me lots of promo mails from "Vanessa". Replyind to these promomessages is the only way to be in contact to this rogue casino. "Vanessa" asked me to send Id docs so I did and docs were approved. But no payment! What to do? Can you help me? I have a really bad feeling about this casino. Will I ever get to be paid?
