Delayed Payment from Jan 23, processed Feb.28, but no payment yet

I have one and been paid by this Casino in the past and also been denied. I stopped playing there because the runaround they gave you but they kept messaging me and claiming that they’ve changed their policies and they’re fast now blah blah blah anyhow so I’ve deposited a few times and I won going on. I think 67 days now and I’ve heard nothing from them and I know that first thing they’re gonna say is all we need to verify well they already have my information. Nothing has changed my address. My drivers license is all the same as it was six months ago when they paid me for a winning and also I’m not sure why, but my account was under my first and last name but now it’s and letters, which seems odd. I deposited it with liitecoin cryptocurrency through my Coinbase wallet. When making the deposit it told me to choose light coin because it would make withdrawing fast easy and seamless, but when I went to withdraw, the light coin option was not available so I had to choose bitcoin which since suspect they’re always trying to pull something at this Casino tactics redundancy and frates annoying especially because I stopped playing there and they pulled me back in and then I won and now they’re doing the same thing I attached my withdraw request and the only correspondence regarding my withdrawal which sent automatically and instantly once you request a cash out. I’ve messaged live chat and they say it’s been received but can’t tell me anything more.

Please help me, I have verify everything including ID and Card payment, all approved and passed but when trying to wd I was being back and fourth with suppport telling me to canceled then try other way but then they said they cannot sending it to my bank. Now I want them to just simply sending it thru bitcoins for me as I would be using it for depositing from now on

I requested a withdrawal of $500 on 04/19. The bonus amount was $120 which left a w/d of $380. On 05/02 (day 11) I chatted with Connor, who escalated it to the finance team. On 05/04 (day 13) it was approved. On 05/05, it stated my expected payout date was 05/13. On 05/14 (day 20), payment was delayed and new expected payout date was 05/18. On 05/18 (day 22) still no payment. New expected payment date was 05/21. On 5/19, specialist said that he escalated the payment again and to check back in 24-72 hours. On 5/21 I chatted with another specialist, who told me to check back Monday. During this time frame, they have requested new proof of address twice, which was just done right before I requested the withdrawal. They also tried telling me it has to be a wire transfer and they needed all my bank info etc. I had already submitted all info they were requesting a few months ago with no changes. Once I informed them that these things were already completed and that I have the ticket numbers and chat transcripts, then they tell me the finance department has made an exception and approved it for a bitcoin withdrawal instead. Then they just tell me to check back. To recap, I requested withdrawal on 04/19, it was approved on 05/04 and I still haven’t received any payment.

I have been waiting over a month with not even an approval. It keeps getting pushed back. I have sent the verification paperwork needed twice and am still receiving the same message from them. I have already spoke to my bank and they confirmed they will accept the wire transfer so that excuse wont work. I have two withdrawals pending. If they wont pay me those I think they should refund the money I've already spent! They can take my money within seconds but months to pay out?! This is ridiculous.

Their withdrawal procedure is after a request is made, which takes 7-10 business days to approve and 7-10 business days to payout after approval.
Every time I request a withdrawal, I have to come to their chat on the 11th business day for them to escalate the withdrawal to approval, which takes about another 2 days.
Then again, I would have to come to their chat on the 11th business day for them to escalate the withdrawal that was approved to be paid, which takes another 2 days.
They say the max withdrawal per request is $2500, but they only pay half at a time, so you would have to wait another 10 business days for the process to start again.

I won around $8800 on end of February and as of today 5/5/26 I only got paid $2500. I got paid twice and each time they only paid me half of the requested amount and the rest they made a new request which will take longer time to get paid. They are always out of their time frame. Which is ridicules.

I have been attempting to resolve withdrawal issues with Raging Bull Casino since March 2.

At this time, I have approximately 12500 in pending and unpaid withdrawals on my account, many of which have been sitting since March and April without being processed.

A withdrawal of 2500 was approved and split into two payments of 1250. One portion of this withdrawal is no longer visible or has been removed from my account.

In addition, a previous withdrawal was reduced significantly due to applied deductions. However, the remaining payments have not been processed consistently and have been delayed multiple times.

Several withdrawals have been delayed repeatedly, in some cases four or more times, without clear explanation or updated timelines.

I also have multiple other withdrawals that remain delayed with no clear processing schedule.

I have made repeated attempts to contact support through chat, email, and other channels and have been ignored or provided with no meaningful response.

My concerns are:

1. Approved withdrawals are being split, reduced, or removed without clear explanation
2. Payments are repeatedly delayed and not processed as expected
3. Ongoing lack of communication and ignored support requests

I am requesting:

- Clarification and reinstatement of the missing portion of the 2500 withdrawal
- A clear explanation of how deductions are being applied and how remaining balances are processed
- Processing of all pending withdrawals totaling approximately 12500

I am seeking resolution for the full amount owed and immediate attention to this matter.

Withdrawal request was originally made on 4/2. Bonus playthrough should have been cleared or mostly cleared based on bet amount and time. Documents were verified over the course of the next couple weeks and was told repeatedly that my approval was imminent and has been escalated. On 5/1, I was told that all was looking good and to please reach out again by 5/4 as approval would be "any moment now" which did not happen. On 5/4, I reached out and was told to wait another 24-72 hours. I responded that I already have per my original follow up 5/1 and was told basically just that they understand but this is how it is. I am escalating to you as I have run into an impasse. I have several screenshots to support continued conversations. Please help.
