Faithful player at Raging Bull Casino, VIP Gold. Havent really had issues up until now. I asked for a $2500 withdrawal 12/17/17. It was promptly approved. No payment as of yet. They do reply to my emails and inquiry but no one can give me a payment date or a reason for this unacceptable delay. I am now concerned they won't pay? 6 weeks is a long time.

Here is the update: as I mentioned, received an email saying the payment was processed, but...it wasn't. Still waiting on wire. Whats is new is the lacking communication and poor live chat support. To be continued...
