I have been delayed since January and been in contact with them numerous times and just get the same answer the 1st payment was $426 as time progresses and they were reassuring me they were taking care of it I continued playing and got 2 more pending payouts that totalled $1375 once I hadn't received my first payment I stopped playing to pursue the payouts and get nothing but generic answers! And whilst it was all going on 2 of the payouts were removed so I assumed they were sending them,i have copies of all the conversations congratulating me on my wins and I will attach a copy of the three pending payouts before that did what they did! Any help would be much appreciated as I'm just not getting anywhere thank you

Upon the player's screenshot, posted on the March 16th, 2018, it is visible that the system is showing three Pending Withdrawals, totalling 1,387.55 AUD, and Current Balance with the same amount. AskGamblers Complaints Team is kindly asking you to explain the screenshot in question, and provide further clarification the matter.

That is a pretty bold accusation considering I have screenshots of winnings and of pending payouts, also evidence of conversations from your support staff, so saying I'm trying to get one over on the casino is a childish cop-out and Im sure anyone who had to deal with your casino wouldn't be surprised by this, definitely explains the 1/10 rating and thank you for banning my account saves me having to cancel it, and it's good you wrote it down in a threating manner because it's public access now and at no point did I mislead ask gamblers I had no idea or any information sent to me regarding denied payments so you can report whatever to whoever it doesn't make any difference to me! When all you could have done is sent me a civil email! So as sophisticated as you make it sound it confuses me that if a payment was denied and sent back to account then why would it remain as a pending payout?and if it was a denied payment why wouldn't I be notified of that?
