Declining payments stating they have not received my identification documents I sent countless times

I've emailed these documents countless times and never get any response stating they were received or were lacking any information. I've live chatted and even gotten someone on the phone after more than 30 attempts and they all give me the run around. I'm beyond frustrated and feel stuck. They had no issues depositing my money but refuse to pay it out now that I'm up $700. I really don't know what to do next.

SHOCKED!
So, yesterday I woke up and saw that I had received an email with tracking information for my payout... still very skeptical I waited until later in the afternoon and at about 4 o'clock FedEx delivered a check to my door. My payout request was for $800 but the check I received was for $625.01 Honestly, I didn't believe I would ever see a penny of this money so I am elated that I received what I did… I took it to the bank and I'm waiting a week to make sure it clears. I will post again once it does.
A quick thank you to this website for all the help that they provided… I am more than positive that I would've never seen any money had they not helped by intervening on my behalf. Also a big thank you to Tawni as well.

Quick update: Right now I am waiting on tracking information regarding my payout actually being mailed out to me. I've been working with Raging Bull Rep Tawni and she has proven to be a valuable asset on my behalf. I am much more hopeful my payout of $800 will in fact reach me. Hopefully early this next week.
