Raging Bull Casino - Declined payment

I created my account on Raging Bull casino about a month or so ago. I played through my wagering requirements ,to be able to request a withdrawable. Which i have done succesfully .
I also send my proof of identity , as asked of from support. I have confirmed several times with live chat personnel that my account is up to date , and that I could succesfully request a withdrawal after a minimum deposit of 21 dollars. That is what I did , and my payout was declined because I am not a frequent depositor .That is from the various emails I have received from them But then Croatia is not accepted?? I managed to sigh up , collect a bonus, Playthrough that same bonus, deposit ,request a withdrawal only to be declined of payment.
I have received my 21 dollar deposit back after a few emails. if my country was banned after I had registered ,is it ok to just take my 100 dollars and shut down my account. I just want my money . Any reply would be appreciated.

My account has been blocked due to investigation. I was notified by email about that last week. I wouldn't go this far, but as I said I've done everything that was asked of me and now I can't get my money.
