What exactly is happening with my account? You sent an email stating that my account had been upgraded to VIP GOLD status, yet when I check the DK8 site, my status is still listed as VIP Dasher. Consequently, I have not received the weekly cashback, daily bonus, or rebate bonus—even though my total losses since signing up have reached IDR 27,880,000 and my turnover has hit IDR 97,937,319. If my status is indeed VIP GOLD, I should be receiving cashback of IDR 2,230,000, a rebate of IDR 783,498, and a daily bonus of IDR 3,903,000; in reality, I have not received any of these bonuses at all. Therefore, I request that you put me in touch with my VIP manager or the manager responsible for VIP-related technical issues.

Over the past few days, I have been pressing them to provide the bonuses I lost due to their mistake; the total amount—comprising cashback, daily reload, and daily rebate bonuses—should have been approximately IDR 6,916,000. I have fought day and night to claim what is owed to me, yet as of today, they have only offered a compensation bonus of IDR 488,888—an amount nowhere near the value of the bonuses I lost. Had the loss been caused by my own carelessness or error, I would never have made an issue of it; however, in this case, the fault lies entirely with the dashking88 site due to a visual glitch or system error.
