VIP status errors and VIP bonus application errors
What exactly is happening with my account? You sent an email stating that my account had been upgraded to VIP GOLD status, yet when I check the DK8 site, my status is still listed as VIP Dasher. Consequently, I have not received the weekly cashback, daily bonus, or rebate bonus—even though my total losses since signing up have reached IDR 27,880,000 and my turnover has hit IDR 97,937,319. If my status is indeed VIP GOLD, I should be receiving cashback of IDR 2,230,000, a rebate of IDR 783,498, and a daily bonus of IDR 3,903,000; in reality, I have not received any of these bonuses at all. Therefore, I request that you put me in touch with my VIP manager or the manager responsible for VIP-related technical issues.
