I am writing to file an official complaint against the betting platform Dafabet regarding their continued negligence in verifying my documents.
I have written to their support team multiple times, but they always come back with irrelevant responses, asking for a deposit slip when I am talking about withdrawal.
When I raise again, they say they are checking, but already been 8 days since the withdrawal was made.

Kindly help me to get my money back.
