i just register at dafa888 at 17-03-2013 and get sign up bonus rm50. and i was do lucky when get jackpot from progressive game cinerama rm62.000 and sent they my valid id. But i really shock and confuse after i made deposit as they t&c i must made 1st deposit if want to withdraw,they locked my account with reason that i have multiple account and to do investigation. I never register at dafa before! and when i ask how long the investigation proccess they just said can give me the answer now and wait for they notification by email! Why they accept my deposit and denied my withdraw? is that just cause i get the jackpot by your free bonus? please dont cheat new player with your fake free bonus. i still wait my account to be open so i can withdraw my winning. till now i never get any email notification from dafa888. Please help me with this problem. thx

We received the screen shots from casino, which obviously show multiple accounts from the same IP address! It's strictly against the rules, so this complaint is solved!

Withdrawal is taking too much time and account verification is delayed

My Dafabet withdrawal has been pending since 23rd July 2026. The total stuck amount is 470000 INR

They asked me to upload account verification documents, which I did on 23rd July itself, but still more than 48 hours have passed; it's showing under review only.

Their time frame for checking documents is 48 hours, and I waited that time, and after that I am contacting the AskGamblers team to help out me in this matter.

I would like to tell you that I am a silver vip level customer, but still I am facing this issue, so AskGamblers team, please intervene here and help me get my account verified and my withdrawal processed as soon as possible.

Withdrawal Pending Website Upload Error Prevents Verification

I am requesting AskGamblers' assistance regarding my Dafabet account.
My withdrawals were disabled by Dafabet on 28 June 2026. After the restriction was lifted, I submitted a fresh withdrawal request of INR 28,000 on 19 July 2026, which is still pending.
Dafabet requested additional identity verification and instructed me to upload documents through their website. However, every attempt to upload the documents results in the following error:
"Something went wrong. Please try again later."
I have tried multiple times using different browsers and devices, but the upload portal continues to fail. Because of this technical issue, I cannot complete the verification process.
To demonstrate my cooperation, I have already emailed all the requested verification documents directly to Dafabet's verification team using my registered email address ([email protected]) and requested manual verification. I am now waiting for their confirmation and action.
I have fully cooperated with every request. The delay is being caused by Dafabet's technical problem, not by any failure on my part.
I respectfully request AskGamblers to intervene and ask Dafabet to:
Confirm receipt of my emailed verification documents.
Complete my account verification manually.
Resolve the document upload portal issue.
Process my pending withdrawal of INR 28,000 without any further unnecessary delay.

Error Code 310 from past 4 months

Hello AskGamblers,

I am facing a withdrawal issue with my Dafabet account

My account has already been verified, and all my documents have been approved, as shown in the attached screenshots. However, whenever I try to submit a withdrawal request, I immediately receive the following error:

"Sorry, there was an error with your withdrawal. (Code: 310)."

Because of this error, I am unable to submit any withdrawal request.

I have contacted Dafabet Live Chat multiple times, but I only receive generic or automated responses. No one has properly investigated the issue or provided any meaningful assistance.

I have attached screenshots showing that my account is verified and the exact Withdrawal Error Code 310. I kindly request AskGamblers to help investigate this matter and ask Dafabet to resolve the issue so I can submit my withdrawal request successfully.

My dafabet withdrawal is pending from 18 july 2026, i uploaded the account verification documents on 18th july itself, and according to their team it take 48 hour in reviewing them. Which has clearly passed.
So i am requesting aakgamblers team to please help me getting my withdrawal as soon as possible and also help me getting my account verifed at earliest. I already provided them the requested clear documents which they asked but still they are intentionally delaying it.

Withdrawal pending and processing taking too long

My complaint is dafabet intentionally delaying my withdrawal and holding it unnessarily. On 18th july i placed withdrawal request but from 3 days they have not paid my withdrawal, its just pending. When I asked them about this on email. They are just sending irrelevant deposit type bot emails.
I request askgamblers team to please intervene and help me getting my withdrawal as soon as possible from dafabet.
