Withholding payment despite KYC submission

I am filing this complaint against Dafabet regarding delayed withdrawals despite full KYC submission.

On 13–14 September 2025, I uploaded all required KYC documents:

PAN card front & back selfies

Aadhaar card front & back

On 15 September 2025, Dafabet support confirmed by email: “Your document is still being checked.”

Since then, Dafabet repeatedly responds in live chat with the same line, “please wait 3–5 minutes / under review” without giving any timeline or supervisor.

In multiple chats (with agents Jordan, Honey, Ravanam, and Ken Stornes), whenever I pressed for a clear answer, the chat was abruptly ended.

On 17 September 2025, they again asked me for the same documents already submitted on 13–14 September.

1. Ensure Dafabet finalizes my KYC immediately.

2. Ensure all pending withdrawals are released.

3. Prevent further excuses or repeated document requests.

Thank you for your reply. However, this is the same response I have been receiving for days without any progress. I kindly request Dafabet to provide: (1) written confirmation whether my KYC is complete, and (2) the exact timeline when my pending withdrawals (₹6,62,000+) will be released. Please avoid generic ‘we are looking into it’ replies, as I have already complied with all document submissions on 13, 14, 17 and 18 September.”

Unreasonable indefinite account audit

To the AskGamblers Complaints Team,

I am filing this formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a significant delay in my withdrawal and a lack of transparency concerning an ongoing account audit.

Timeline of Events:

On 09 21, I submitted a withdrawal request. Shortly after, the request was rejected.

I contacted customer support and was informed that my account was "under routine audit."

Since then, I have followed up with their support team daily. However, I have received nothing but scripted, repetitive responses stating that the audit is "still in progress" and that I must "wait patiently."

As of today, 09 28, it has been several days without any concrete explanation, evidence of suspicious activity, or an estimated timeframe for completion.

My Position:

I have fully complied with all terms and conditions and have not violated any rules. I believe this indefinite "audit" is being used as a tactic to delay payment. I have already attempted to resolve this directly with the casino, but their communication has been entirely unhelpful and non-transparent.

Desired Outcome:

I request that Dafabet complete the audit immediately and process my pending withdrawal without further delay.

I have attached screenshots of my account balance, the rejected transaction history, and my conversations with their support team as evidence.

40000 INR Deposit missing for 27 days

I am submitting this complaint regarding an unresolved deposit on my Dafabet account.

The cryptocurrency transaction was successfully completed and confirmed on the TRON blockchain on 31 August 2026. However, the corresponding INR 40,000 deposit has still not been credited to my Dafabet account.

It has now been approximately 27 days since the transaction.

I have contacted Dafabet support multiple times during this period and provided the transaction information necessary to verify the payment. The matter has also been referred to their relevant team for review, but despite the considerable amount of time that has passed, the funds have still not been credited and I have not received a substantive resolution explaining what happened to the confirmed payment.

This is not a recently reported transaction for which I am simply waiting for an initial response. The deposit has remained unresolved since 31 August 2026, despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter directly with the casino.

The blockchain transaction is publicly verifiable as SUCCESSFUL and CONFIRMED. I can provide the transaction history, blockchain confirmation and my correspondence with Dafabet if required.

I am asking Dafabet to manually investigate Transaction ID 527446410, locate the confirmed USDT payment and either credit the corresponding INR 40,000 to my account or provide an appropriate resolution for the funds.

I would appreciate AskGamblers' assistance because almost four weeks have now passed without a resolution.

I am using dafabet acc from a long time
Recently my dafabet asked for document verification and i have submitted all my documents and successfully verified my acc
When I tried to withdraw amount they removed crypto withdrawal options as I have deposited from crypto .When I tried to withdraw amount through another payment method the withdrawal are getting declined by saying payment mismatch

Has not credited 26000 from my 100000 withdrawal

I made a ₹100,000 withdrawal from my Dafabet account, but only ₹74,000 was credited to my bank account. The remaining ₹26,000 has not been received.

I kindly request your assistance regarding my 100,000 INR withdrawal from Dafabet Casino, which has not been credited to my bank account since 14/09/2026, despite being marked as successful.

Dafabet confirmed that the withdrawal was successfully processed and provided the above UTR for tracking. However, the amount has still not been credited to my Airtel Payments Bank account.

I contacted my bank regarding the UTR, and they informed me that UTR 759034711057 could not be traced in their system.

Dafabet requested my bank statement for verification, which I provided in PDF format. I also provided an updated statement covering the period from 10/09/2026 until the current date to ensure all relevant transactions were included.

However, despite providing the requested documents, I continue to receive generic responses and repeated requests for the same bank statement, without receiving a clear update regarding the actual status of the payment.

I have fully cooperated with
Dafabet and provided all the information and documents requested. I therefore kindly request AskGamblers' assistance in obtaining a clear resolution regarding this withdrawal.

I would appreciate it if Dafabet could provide a clear update regarding the payment and UTR, or resolve the withdrawal if the funds were not successfully received by my bank.

I'm also attaching my bank statement with this complaint for verification. The statement covers the relevant period and confirms that the 100,000 INR withdrawal has not been credited to my account.

I contacted dafabet 10 days ago and completed the verification and documentation process n accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines. But it's been 10 days they are still verifying and not updating the email id. The delay is unreasonable and has prevented me from accessing my account and funds.

I have followed up multiple times with the Dafabet support team and have not heard.
