Withholding payment despite KYC submission
Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing this complaint against Dafabet regarding delayed withdrawals despite full KYC submission.

Facts:
On 13–14 September 2025, I uploaded all required KYC documents:
PAN card front & back selfies
Aadhaar card front & back
Aadhaar card front selfie
On 15 September 2025, Dafabet support confirmed by email: “Your document is still being checked.”
Since then, Dafabet repeatedly responds in live chat with the same line, “please wait 3–5 minutes / under review” without giving any timeline or supervisor.
In multiple chats (with agents Jordan, Honey, Ravanam, and Ken Stornes), whenever I pressed for a clear answer, the chat was abruptly ended.
On 17 September 2025, they again asked me for the same documents already submitted on 13–14 September.

My Position:
Dafabet is deliberately stalling by resetting the verification process.
I have already complied fully with KYC requirements.
Funds are being unfairly withheld despite completed documentation.
My Request:
I respectfully request AskGamblers’ assistance to:
1. Ensure Dafabet finalizes my KYC immediately.
2. Ensure all pending withdrawals are released.
3. Prevent further excuses or repeated document requests.
