I would like to file a complaint against Dafabet Casino regarding my pending withdrawal which has still not been credited to my bank account.

I placed a withdrawal request on 22/05/2026 at 09:32:27 AM. According to Dafabet’s cashier page, after the withdrawal status becomes successful, the amount should reflect in the bank account within 1–4 banking business days.
However, today is 29/05/2026, and it has already been almost one week, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.
I have contacted their live support multiple times regarding this issue, but I am unable to reach any actual live agent. The system only provides automated replies and then automatically ends the chat session without transferring me to customer support staff. Despite making several requests, they continue to avoid connecting me with a real support representative.
This has been a very frustrating experience, and the customer support service provided by Dafabet is extremely poor. I kindly request AskGamblers to help resolve this matter and assist me in receiving my pending withdrawal amount as soon as possible.
