Withdrawal successful but not recieved in bank from more than 10 days

I am writing to formally request your assistance in resolving an ongoing withdrawal issue with Dafabet, as I have not received a satisfactory resolution directly from them.
I initiated a withdrawal from my Dafabet account, and according to Dafabet, the transaction has been marked as successfully processed. However, the withdrawn amount has not been credited to my bank account to date.

Despite multiple follow-ups, the funds have not been received. I have also attached my bank statement as evidence, which clearly shows that no such amount has been credited to my bank account.
I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and ask Dafabet to:
Check thoroughly with their payment partner regarding this transaction, and
Either provide official proof/receipt confirming the successful transfer to my bank account, or
If the transaction failed at the payment partner’s end, reverse the amount back to my Dafabet account immediately.
This issue is causing significant inconvenience, and I request your urgent support to help resolve this matter at the earliest.
