I withdrew the amount INR 164,800 on 29/09/2023 but have not received it yet in a bank account.

It showing successful in the Dafabet account but I haven't received the funds yet.

When I talk to the Dafabet team they always say " Our team is reviewing the INR 164,800 withdrawal that was successfully processed on 29/09/2023 at 04:49:27 PM IST. A follow-up has been made to our Payment Partners"

I have attached an email screenshot and my bank statement for funds not credited.

I have raised My withdrawal issue on 25th January here on this Platform,
Its been over 15 days now since I am waiting for an Update or feedback from you.

Investigations typically don't take longer than 15 days at the most.
