Withdrawal status successful but not credited to my bank account

I requested a withdrawal from my Dafabet account on 22-04-2026. It has now been over 15 days, and I have still not received my funds.

After repeated follow-ups and sending numerous emails, Dafabet finally provided me with a UTR number. However, when I contacted my bank, they clearly confirmed that this UTR is not traceable and no such incoming transaction exists in their system.


I informed Dafabet about this and requested:

Official bank transfer proof (receipt with UTR, sender bank, date, and amount), OR
Reprocessing of the withdrawal
Despite this, I have received no response for the past 2 days, and the issue remains unresolved.


This situation raises serious concerns:

Either the withdrawal was never actually processed
Or incorrect / invalid transaction details were provided

I am requesting immediate intervention from AskGamblers to resolve this matter.


What I expect:

Proof of a successful transaction that can be verified by my bank, OR
Immediate reprocessing of the withdrawal

This delay and lack of transparency are unacceptable.

INR 1500 deposit pending since 31st May
Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a successful deposit that has not been credited to my player account.
On 31st May 2026 at 07:50 PM, I deposited INR 1500.00 using my PayZapp UPI wallet. The money was instantly deducted from my HDFC bank account. However, inside my Dafabet transaction history (ID: 514935162), the status is still stuck on "Pending" through their payment gateway 'HTPay Banking'.
Interestingly, inside my transaction dashboard, the "Follow-up request" shows as "Completed" (Green Tick), which clearly proves that Dafabet's team has already verified and accepted my payment screenshot. Despite this verification being complete, they are refusing to credit the funds to my main balance.
To make matters worse, their customer support is completely broken. I have sent multiple emails with concrete proof, but I am receiving the exact same automated bot email template repeatedly (Ticket #979247). No human agent is replying to my queries or resolving the issue.Please find my account and transaction details below:

I request the AskGamblers team to intervene and get my INR 1500.00 credited or refunded immediately.
