I made a withdrawal of Rs.60,000 on 22-04-2026. It has been 16 days and my withdrawal status is still being processed.
I have waited 16 days to file this complaint because I trust them since I am their loyal platinum VIP member for 7 years.
But today that trust is breached by the vague and repetitive responses. I still can't believe they are making me to do this after all these years of loyalty.
I am attaching the proof and please do the needful.
