Withdrawal showing succesful where amount not credited to bank

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my pending manual withdrawal request of INR 2000
As per your email dated 20 June 2025, you stated that the withdrawal was successful and that you would follow up with further information. However, even after a considerable amount of time has passed, no further update has been provided, and the withdrawal amount has still not been credited to my bank
This delay is causing me serious inconvenience, and I request immediate clarification on the status of my withdrawal. Please process the payment without further delay or provide a credit back to the account
