Withdrawal option disabled on Dafabet account with 2178969 INR balance

I am a long-term, loyal client of Dafabet, with username - < sent to the casino >, having maintained an active account for the past 7–8 years. I am currently a VIP Platinum Tier member (the highest VIP tier on the platform). Throughout nearly a decade of playing here, I have never experienced an issue like this.Currently, my withdrawal option is showing disabled in my transaction history without any prior information from the dafabet team.

The Technical Issue:Whenever I attempt to initiate a withdrawal of my balance, the system displays the following error message: "Sorry there was an error with your withdrawal (code 310)". I am facing this issue since 30 May 2026 . I contacted my dedicated VIP Customer Support email regarding this restriction. They have failed to provide any reason and are either not replying or giving generic replies like - the relevant team is looking into it, i have wagered Crores of rupees on their website and then there are no issues and now my current account balance is INR 2178969.91 and now when i am trying for withdrawals the same error Code 310 is showing.

Current Status: My account remains fully verified (KYC complete), and significantly, my deposit option remains 100% active and functional. The platform is perfectly willing to accept my funds but is actively blocking my ability to withdraw them.Why I am disputing this:Over the last 7–8 years, I have deposited and wagered massive volumes of volume on this site. To suddenly disable withdrawals for a top-tier Platinum VIP player without an explanation—while leaving the deposit option open—is highly unfair and unacceptable business practice. I have strictly followed all terms and conditions during my entire history with Dafabet.

Desired Outcome:I request that Dafasports immediately clears Error Code 310 from my account, fully reinstates my withdrawal privileges, and allows me to successfully cash out my remaining balance.

It is once again the same pattern. Dafabet is giving same generic replies that they have been giving instead of prodiving a genuine or real solution the problem. Still i am unable to withdraw my heard earned funds , whereas the option to deposit money and wager remains absolutely open. I wonder what kind of unfair practice is this that you allow the client to deposit funds, also allow him to wager indefinitely but you don’t allow them to withdraw their funds, who would want to deposit and wager if they can’t wotjdraw their funds, Plus i am VIP Platinum tier member (highest Vip category) of Dafabet, still i am being treated in an unfair manner. So i would request dafabet to stop with this endless generic replying method and beating around the bush and instead provide a genuine solution so that we can continue our long term relationship in the way it has always been
