Withdrawal of INR 58000 still not received since July 2 2025

Hello,

I made a withdrawal on July 2nd, 2025, at 8:01 AM for INR 58,000. Until today, I have not received the funds in my account.

Every day when I reach out to support, I receive the same standard replies, such as:

Good day! A follow-up has been made on your withdrawal transaction of INR 58,000 on 02/07/2025. Expect and update within 24 hours.

Good DayWe know how important this matter is, and I’m genuinely sorry for any stress this has caused you. I have followed up on the withdrawal of INR 58,000.00 that was successfully processed on 02/07/2025 1:11:20 PM IST. We will inform you through your registered email of any updates.”

It has been months now, and I still have not received my withdrawal. I have already provided my bank statements and proof of the transaction to their team, but the issue remains unresolved.

I am attaching proof of conversations with support and my transaction details for verification.

I have received an email from Dafabet support after my follow up They requested an updated bank statement from 01 July 2025 up to the present date in order to check the transaction status with their bank

I have already provided the requested statement from my registered email as instructed I now hope this matter will be escalated and resolved as soon as possible
