Withdrawal of 968276 not getting processed

Hi AskGamblers Team,


I would like to raise a complaint against Dafabet regarding a pending withdrawal that has not yet been processed.

I submitted a withdrawal request for ₹968,276. After submitting the request, I contacted Dafabet’s live chat support for an update. The support team informed me that I needed to upload additional verification documents, including the front and back of my ID and a photo of myself holding the ID.

However, I have already completed this verification process. The requested documents were uploaded, reviewed, and approved by Dafabet before I submitted my withdrawal request. I explained this to the support representative, but I was repeatedly instructed to upload the same documents again despite the verification already being completed.

I am attaching screenshots showing the approved verification status and my communication with the support team.

I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and assist in having my withdrawal processed as soon as possible. Since the required verification has already been completed and approved, I respectfully ask that Dafabet proceed with releasing my withdrawal funds without further unnecessary delays.

Issue with withdrawal error 310

I am a regular Dafabet user and have been actively using the platform for some time. For the past two months, however, I have been completely unable to withdraw my funds. Every withdrawal attempt returns the same error message:

"Sorry, there was an error with withdraw code: 310."

The problem has persisted for over two months now. I first reached out through Dafabet's live chat support but received no meaningful resolution. I then escalated the matter by emailing their support team, but I have only received automated replies that have nothing to do with my actual issue.

I want to emphasize that my account is fully KYC verified, and I have already submitted all the required documents. There are no pending verification requests on my end, which makes this withdrawal error even more frustrating and unjustified.

I currently have approximately ₹105,000 (INR) held in my account, and this error is preventing me from accessing any of it.

I found AskGamblers through strong recommendations from users who have successfully resolved disputes with online casinos and betting platforms here. I would sincerely appreciate your help in investigating this matter and helping me recover access to my funds.
