Withdrawal of 18000 not credited to bank account

Dear Support Team,

I am writing regarding my withdrawal request of ₹18,000 from my Dafabet account, which has not yet been credited to my bank account.

The withdrawal status shows as proces­sed­/su­cce­ssful, but I have not received the funds. This is causing serious concern.

Kindly provide the following details immediately:

UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number

Transaction proof or payment confirmation

Exact date and time of transfer

I have already checked with my bank, and there is no record of this transaction. If the payment has failed or not been initiated, please reprocess the withdrawal at the earliest.

I request you to resolve this issue urgently. If I do not receive a proper response within a reasonable timeframe, I will be forced to escalate this matter to consumer forums.

Please treat this as a priority.

Since the withdrawal was successfully processed to the account you selected during the request, please review your own banking records or 'Transaction History' in your account profile to identify the destination. Once you have located the correct account, please provide a PDF bank statement covering from the day of withdrawal till today, so we can investigate it further.

INR 1500 deposit pending since 31st May
Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a successful deposit that has not been credited to my player account.
On 31st May 2026 at 07:50 PM, I deposited INR 1500.00 using my PayZapp UPI wallet. The money was instantly deducted from my HDFC bank account. However, inside my Dafabet transaction history (ID: 514935162), the status is still stuck on "Pending" through their payment gateway 'HTPay Banking'.
Interestingly, inside my transaction dashboard, the "Follow-up request" shows as "Completed" (Green Tick), which clearly proves that Dafabet's team has already verified and accepted my payment screenshot. Despite this verification being complete, they are refusing to credit the funds to my main balance.
To make matters worse, their customer support is completely broken. I have sent multiple emails with concrete proof, but I am receiving the exact same automated bot email template repeatedly (Ticket #979247). No human agent is replying to my queries or resolving the issue.Please find my account and transaction details below:
