Withdrawal of 14000 Inr is showing successful but amount not yet credited to my bank account

Hiii guy. I have made withdrawal request of 14000 inr on 7/12/2025 but I haven't received my amount in bank account. But I have got gmail confirmation showing as status proceed and even in cashier history it is showing successful but in reality I haven't got the amount. I have attached my bank statement for your reference too
