Withdrawal not received since 18th April 2026

I am filing this complaint regarding a withdrawal from Dafabet that was marked as “successful,” but the funds were never credited to my bank account.

Withdrawal details:

Transaction ID: 505372049
Amount: INR 20,000
Fee: INR 600 (3%)
Net Amount: INR 19,400
Processed On: 18/04/2026 10:31:09 IST

It has now been more than 20 days since the withdrawal was marked successful.

I have contacted Dafabet support multiple times through chats and emails. Every time, I receive generic responses stating that the issue has been “escalated” to the relevant team, but no actual resolution has been provided.

Most importantly:

Dafabet has repeatedly failed to provide a UTR / RRN / transaction reference number.
No sender bank details or payout proof have been shared.
My bank has confirmed that no such transaction has been received in my account.

A legitimate bank transfer should always have a traceable transaction reference. Despite multiple requests over several weeks, Dafabet has still not provided any verifiable proof that the withdrawal was actually processed.

I am requesting AskGamblers to assist in obtaining:

A valid UTR / transaction reference and proof of payout, OR
Reversal and reprocessing of the withdrawal to my bank account.

I can provide screenshots of:

the withdrawal confirmation,
transaction history,
support chats,
and email conversations if required.

I received my withdrawal to my bank account today.
There is only final request pending from my end now.

Attaching screenshot of the deposit that was completed from my end and the screenshot of transaction Id screenshot as well.

Please help credit this to my Dafabet account and I will be grateful.

The money was debited from my account as evident from the screenshot but support has marked the transaction as failed.
Please help.

I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues

Hello AskGamblers Team and Dafabet ,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Dafabet account because I have been experiencing serious withdrawal issues.

I have been a Dafabet customer for a long time, and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my withdrawal requests are repeatedly being rejected or significantly delayed without any valid explanation. I currently have a balance of more than 350,000 in my account, and I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support numerous times, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Most responses appear to be automated, and even when I am connected to a human agent, I receive generic replies that do not address my issue or provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.

I have attached all relevant evidence, including proof of my KYC verification screenshot.

I have seen that AskGamblers has successfully helped many players resolve similar disputes, which is why I am requesting your assistance. I kindly ask you to contact Dafabet on my behalf and help facilitate a fair and prompt resolution so that my withdrawals are processed without any further unnecessary delays.

For privacy reasons, I respectfully request that my Dafabet User ID is not displayed publicly on the complaint page. However, you may share it privately with Dafabet if it is necessary to investigate and resolve my complaint.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the rejection of my withdrawal request of INR 10000

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the rejection of my withdrawal request of INR 10,000 from my Dafabet account.

I registered on your platform as a first-time user and made my first deposit of INR 1,000 using the First Deposit Bonus (FDB) promotion. After the bonus was credited, I carefully complied with the bonus terms and completed the required wagering requirement of approximately INR 44,000 before submitting my withdrawal request.

However, my withdrawal request for INR 10,000 was declined without any explanation. I request that you provide a clear and detailed reason for rejecting my withdrawal.

Please note the following:

1. I have only one Dafabet account, and I have not created or used any duplicate accounts.
2. During registration, I submitted all the required verification documents, and my account was successfully verified by your team.
3. Since I have completed the wagering requirements, I believe my withdrawal should be processed in accordance with your promotional terms and conditions.

I therefore request that you either:

Process my withdrawal of INR 10,000 to my registered bank account without further delay, or
Provide a detailed written explanation, supported by the specific clause of your Terms and Conditions, explaining why my withdrawal was declined.
If this matter is not resolved promptly and fairly, I will consider escalating my complaint by:

1. Sharing my experience on social media and consumer review platforms;
2. Filing complaints with the relevant consumer protection authorities and any applicable gaming regulatory body; and
Exploring legal remedies to recover my funds if 3.necessary.


I hope this issue can be resolved amicably and without the need for further action. Please treat this matter as urgent and respond with a detailed explanation at the earliest.
