Withdrawal not received from the operator and it shows successful in website

I have placed a withdrawal request for Rs.5000 on 5th January 2026. As per the Dafabet withdrawal timeline the withdrawal should be credited within 1-4 bank working days. I am hereby raising a complaint after the office time period is completed.
The withdrawal status on the website is showing as successful but I haven't received any amount to my bank account. I tried contacting them over live chat and email they are not responding to my mails. I am attaching the withdrawal screenshot and bank statement from the date of withdrawal to till date (13th Jan).
Please review this and help me get my withdrawal amount.
