Withdrawal not received from Dafabet within Stated timeframe

Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am writing to report an unresolved issue with my Dafabet account. I requested a withdrawal on [30-5-2025] for [79465rs INR], but l have not received the funds even though the stated processing time has already processed.I have contacted Dafabet's live chat support and email support multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved.
I kindly request Dafabet and AskGamblers to help review and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

If there is problem with my bank account, then I request dafasports to credit the funds back to dafasports wallet.
If dafa claim that they have transferred the money to my bank account,l would like them to show a proof of transfer.
Here is the proof of my withdrawal:

Upon reviewing your account, we can confirm that INR 58,400 was transferred by you to your casino wallet. These funds were used to place bets, and the full amount was subsequently lost during gameplay.
We have submitted all the necessary supporting documentation to the AG, and therefore this case may now be considered closed.
