Withdrawal not received from 6 months

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a withdrawal issue from my Dafabet account.

I initiated a withdrawal of Rs 99,000 on 31/07/2025 at 12:04:36 AM. According to the Dafabet platform, the transaction status shows as successfully processed. However, despite this status, the funds have not been credited to my bank account to date.

If the transaction failed at the payment partner’s end, I request that the amount be immediately credited back to my Dafabet account.
For reference, I have attached my bank statement, which confirms that no such deposit has been received.
Please treat this matter with urgency and provide a resolution at the earliest. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to reconsider my future use of the Dafabet platform.
