Withdrawal not received after 24 days
Hello AskGamblers Complaints Team,
I am filing this formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a withdrawal that has been stuck for over 24 days.

Status on Casino Dashboard: Successful
The Issue:
The withdrawal was marked as "Successful" on the Dafabet platform on 19th December 2025. However, the funds have not been credited to my bank account to date. I have checked my bank statement multiple times and confirmed with my bank that there is no incoming transaction for this amount.
Lack of Support:
I have contacted Dafabet customer support numerous times. Every time, they claim the payment is successful from their side, but they refuse to provide the UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number. Without a UTR number, my bank is unable to track the payment or provide any confirmation about the status of the funds.
It has been 24 days, which is way beyond the standard processing time. I feel that the casino is intentionally withholding my funds and not providing the necessary evidence (UTR) to prove the transfer.
Requested Outcome:
I request Dafabet to either:
Provide a valid 12-digit UTR number immediately so I can track the payment with my bank.
If they cannot provide a UTR, they should acknowledge the failed transfer and credit the 35,000 INR back to my casino wallet so I can attempt a new withdrawal.
I am attaching the screenshot of the transaction history as proof. I hope AskGamblers can mediate and help me resolve this long-pending issue.
