I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a withdrawal issue from my Dafabet account.

I requested a withdrawal of ₹5000 on 21/03/2026 at 08:03 PM. The transaction details are as follows:

- Transaction ID: 499092705

- Amount: ₹5000

- Status: Successful

- Type: Withdrawal

Although the status shows “successful,” the amount has not been credited to my bank account even after several days.

I have checked with my bank, and there is no record of this transaction. I also have not received any UTR/reference number from Dafabet to trace the payment.

This delay is concerning, and I request Dafabet to:

1. Provide the UTR/reference number, or

2. Reprocess the withdrawal immediately, or

3. Clarify the exact status of this transaction

I kindly request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
