Withdrawal not received 23 day left

Even though the casino claims the withdrawal was processed on April 16, the funds have not reached my bank account. It has been over 20 days. When I contact their support, they keep giving me generic replies about "reviewing" the case with their payment partners.
Furthermore, in their recent email, they have falsely accused me of using "inappropriate language" and threatened to close my account if I escalate the matter to social media or authorities. I want to clarify that I have always remained professional and polite, and I believe this is a tactic to prevent me from seeking help.
I have attached the email sent by the casino as evidence. I request your assistance in resolving this matter and helping me get my funds.

I have received an email from Dafabet support stating that my withdrawal of INR 16,208.00 has been credited back to my gaming wallet rather than my bank account. I am currently checking my gaming account to verify the balance.
I will update the thread again once I confirm the funds are in the wallet and if I am able to successfully withdraw them this time. Please keep this complaint open until the funds actually reach my bank account

I am writing to inform you that despite the 4 banking days period, the funds have still not reflected in my bank account. I have also verified this with my bank using the provided UTR number, but there is no record of this transaction being credited.
​As requested, I am attaching my official bank statement in PDF format covering the period from 10/04/2026to 19/05/2026. Please investigate this urgently and credit the amount to my account
