Withdrawal not credited into my bank account INR100000

My name is < full name removed>, and I am filing this complaint regarding an unresolved withdrawal issue with Dafabet.

My Dafabet User ID is: < username removed >

On 24/06/2025 at 09:33 GMT+5:30, I requested a withdrawal of ₹100,000.

In the Dafabet account transaction history, the withdrawal status is marked as “Successful.”

However, I have not received the funds in my bank account till now.


I am attaching the Dafabet transaction screenshots where the withdrawal shows as successful, including:

Transaction ID: 2696789916

Type: Withdrawal

Amount: ₹100,000

Status: Successful


Despite the status, the amount has not been credited to my bank account, and Dafabet support has not provided any solution or confirmation regarding the transfer.

I kindly request AskGamblers to assist in resolving this matter and ensure that Dafabet processes or traces my withdrawal amount of ₹100,000 immediately.

I am available to provide any additional proof, bank statements, or communication history if required.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Dafabet Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. I would like to respond to Dafabet’s latest email, where they now claim that my ₹1,00,000 withdrawal was subject to a 3% fee and that ₹97,000 was credited to my bank account.

This explanation raises several serious inconsistencies that remain unresolved.

Key Points for Clarification:

If Dafabet’s policy is to deduct a 3% fee on withdrawals, then:

Why was my earlier withdrawal dated 21/06/2025 credited as a full ₹1,00,000 back to my Dafabet account on 11/12/2025, with no fee deduction applied?

This clearly shows that the ₹97,000 credit cannot automatically be assumed as a Dafabet withdrawal with a 3% fee.

Dafabet now states that the UTR provided by their PSP is reflected in my bank statement.

If this was true, then why was this clarification not provided earlier, despite my repeated follow-ups over the last six months?

Throughout this period, Dafabet’s live support repeatedly stated that the issue was “under investigation” and never once confirmed that a ₹97,000 transfer had already been completed.

For every genuine bank transfer, there must be:

A specific UTR

A date

A sender account / PSP reference

Till now, Dafabet has not shared any verifiable transfer proof clearly showing that:

They initiated a ₹97,000 transfer

It was sent to my bank account

It corresponds specifically to the 24/06/2025 withdrawal request

Instead of providing concrete proof, Dafabet has only sent generic emails with statements, without attaching:

Bank transfer confirmation

PSP remittance slip

Official transaction document linking the UTR to Dafabet

The ₹97,000 credit in my bank account on 24/06/2025 is supported by independent documentation, and I am now attaching the loan approval letter to further substantiate that this amount was not a Dafabet withdrawal.

Conclusion:

This complaint is not about assumptions, but about verifiable proof.

If Dafabet has indeed processed a ₹97,000 withdrawal:

They should be able to provide clear, documentary evidence linking that transfer to my Dafabet account and the 24/06/2025 withdrawal.

Until such proof is provided, the ₹1,00,000 withdrawal dated 24/06/2025 remains unresolved and unpaid.

I request AskGamblers to review the contradictions highlighted above and ask Dafabet to submit proper transaction proof, not just email statements.
