I have made the withdrawal on 01-05-2025 01:11:55 AM for INR 20500.00
Its showing Your transaction was Successful in the app
But money not yet credited to my bank account even after 7 days. Even after sending many mails and contacting the useless live chat no response other than we will update if anything happens. So I have come to AskGamblers for help. Please help me get money credited to my account.
This delay is unacceptable. If the payment failed, the funds should have been returned to your bank by now. I demand that you verify this immediately and process the correct payment without any further delay.
I expect a resolution to this issue by the end of the day, failing which I will be forced to escalate this matter
