Withdrawal Issue 33000 INR not credited despite success status
I am filing this complaint regarding a pending withdrawal request of ₹33,000 made on 18th June 2025 at 3:38 AM on the Dafabet platform. The transaction ID is 446543627.
The transaction status shows “Successful”, but the amount has not been credited to my bank account as of today.
I have contacted Dafabet customer support multiple times, and every time I receive the same reply:
"We have made a follow-up request. You will receive an update via your registered email."
Despite waiting patiently, I have not received any email or update. When I ask further questions in the chat, the agents either avoid the question or abruptly disconnect the conversation.
This kind of behavior raises serious concerns about transparency and possible misuse of user funds. I am now left with no choice but to seek help from your website
