Withdrawal issue

I initiated a withdrawal on July 18th worth approximately 1,723 CNY, but it still hasn’t been processed. When I ask customer service, they just tell me to wait, but I haven’t received any updates. This was my first withdrawal. At first, customer support asked me to change the withdrawal method, so I switched to cryptocurrency. However, even after 24 hours, the funds still didn’t arrive. Then I switched to bank card withdrawal, but it still hasn’t been processed. No one has told me the reason.
