Withdrawal fund not credited

I was given a withdrawal of 11k on 28/02/2025 11:19:00 PM. It's been more than 6 days. I didn't receive this fund yet. I contacted support team through mail but no response. Tried live chat still no proper response. I don't really know what to do to get this fund. Please help me get this fund Asap. I've attached sa creenshot for your reference.
