However, I must express my serious concern that this issue has now been ongoing for nearly a month. Despite multiple follow-ups and full cooperation from my side, including submission of all requested documents, there has been no meaningful progress or resolution.
I am still receiving the same generic responses stating that my case is under review, without any clear explanation or timeline. This is extremely frustrating, as my withdrawal remains pending and my funds are still inaccessible.
I kindly request you to urgently complete the verification process and process my withdrawal without any further delay. If there are any specific issues, I request you to clearly communicate them instead of asking me to wait repeatedly.
