Withdrawal disabled issue going on for 2 weeks

From 8 June 2026, withdrawal is disabled in my Dafabet account. When I asked their support team, they said it needs to verify my account first in order to enable this withdrawal.

So I uploaded my ID and selfie holding the ID in my accounts documents tab, and also sent it to their documents team. So on 14th June, I received an email from their documents team that valid documents have been received, and my account is fully verified now.

On my accounts documents tab, it's currently showing' your documents have been approved'

But after fully cooperating with them, they have still not enabled my withdrawal section.

@askgamblers team, I request you to kindly intervene here and help me get my withdrawal section enabled so that I can get my withdrawal.

Total disputed amount is 128618 inr

Kindly resolve this as soon as possible.

Issue with withdrawal error 310

I am a regular Dafabet user and have been actively using the platform for some time. For the past two months, however, I have been completely unable to withdraw my funds. Every withdrawal attempt returns the same error message:

"Sorry, there was an error with withdraw code: 310."

The problem has persisted for over two months now. I first reached out through Dafabet's live chat support but received no meaningful resolution. I then escalated the matter by emailing their support team, but I have only received automated replies that have nothing to do with my actual issue.

I want to emphasize that my account is fully KYC verified, and I have already submitted all the required documents. There are no pending verification requests on my end, which makes this withdrawal error even more frustrating and unjustified.

I currently have approximately ₹105,000 (INR) held in my account, and this error is preventing me from accessing any of it.
