I have been using dafa bet casino in India for past 5 yrs now. Recently I tried to withdraw funds from my account but my withdrawal was disabled. I tried to contact them via live chat but only bots popped up and hung me writing all the agents are currently busy please bear with us, and this goes for hours meaning the site in which we are investing our hard earned funds doesn't even bother to listen our problem no agents available what really!!! After emailing them for several times I got reply that my withdrawal was disabled coz my deposit of inr 560 on 30.01.2023 was not received by them in their bank but my wallet was credited which I came to know on jan 2024 when I tried withdrawal. What! One year old previous txz and they are notifying me now really are they legitimate site. Again I checked my bank statement and found that the amount was debited from my side too when I provided them with my statement they just ignored and same copy past msg reply came to me to deposit imr 560 and confirm. I then deposited the amount and mailed them they repllied me to wait before their approval but after some days when I reached them for update they said inr 2780 deposited on some date was not credited to their account but my wallet was credited. Really!! Again, now sir I want to seek your help to declare dafabet as a corrupt site and want to save many loyal customers.

Please help close their site.

Account withdrawal disabled

Askgamblers I want you to help me sir in getting my withdrawal from the dafabet website.

My dafabet userid is < removed and sent to the casino >

Issue : when I am trying to withdraw my funds, it is showing ' sorry their was a error with your withdrawal: code 310 error ' and dafabet has disabled the withdrawal section in my account and because of this i am not able to withdraw my funds.

Total disputed amount is 1207115 inr

When I emailed them dafabet support team Regarding this, to enable the withdrawal in my account, they are not bothered and just sending me same bot type irrevant email in response.

For my every email they are just sending me same bot irrevant reply , which is so dissapointing to see.

So I request askgamblers team to please look into this on my behalf and help me getting my withdrawal.

Dear Askgamblers Team, I am submitting this complaint regarding two delayed withdrawal transactions that remain unresolved despite multiple follow-ups with customer support.

Customer support acknowledged the delay and stated that the INR 27,000 withdrawal is under review with their payment partner. However, they have not provided any expected resolution timeline. They have repeatedly asked me to wait without offering a concrete update.

I respectfully request an immediate investigation and resolution. If the transfers cannot be completed, I request that both amounts be promptly returned to my gaming wallet. If the transfers have already been processed, I request the relevant UTR/reference numbers and proof of transfer for both transactions.

Dafabet delaying withdrawal even after completing veriifcation

Hi Ask gambler's team,

My earlier complaints were rejected because of gap in your understanding of my problem. Please read the issue in detail below.

Dafabet blocked my withdrawals 10 days back and asked for pan and photo with pan for verification.

I have provided all the necessary documentation required for verification clearly and in accordance with Dafabet’s guidelines and the documents are verified 4 days ago, but the withdrawals are still not processed. You can check their reply screenshot stating verification is complete.

Since verification is complete, they should be processing my withdrawals but if I ask them to process my withdrawal, I am getting irrelevant replies regarding deposit. I think the bots are replying.

I have fully cooperated with all verification requirements and the verification is also completed but the issue with withdrawal still remains unresolved. If they want any additional documents for verification I am ready to give them but they are not giving me proper response to resolve the issue. I called them and emailed them but all I am getting is standard deposit bot replies. Please check it yourself in the screenshot.

I kindly request your intervention to help allow me to withdraw my funds without further delay.
