Withdrawal Delayed Unable to Upload Documents

I am facing an issue with Dafabet regarding my withdrawal and account verification.

My withdrawal has been pending since 15 March 2026. Dafabet requested me to upload verification documents, and I am fully ready with all required documents.

However, when I try to upload the documents on their website, I receive error code DU03 at the final submission stage. The documents are successfully selected, but the system does not allow me to submit them.

I have already tried all basic troubleshooting steps:
- Different browsers and devices
- Clearing cache and cookies
- Renaming and resizing files

Despite this, the issue persists.

This clearly shows that the problem is on Dafabet’s side. Due to this technical error, I am unable to complete verification, and my withdrawal is being delayed unfairly.

I have contacted live chat support multiple times, but they keep providing generic troubleshooting steps instead of resolving the issue or offering an alternative way to submit documents.

I have also sent all my documents via email, but no proper resolution has been provided yet.

I request AskGamblers team to kindly intervene and help resolve this issue. Dafabet should either:
1. Fix the DU03 error immediately, OR
2. Accept my documents via email and complete verification manually

I have full proof including screenshots of the error, chat history, and transaction details.

I request a fair and urgent resolution.

INR 1500 deposit pending since 31st May
Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Dafabet regarding a successful deposit that has not been credited to my player account.
On 31st May 2026 at 07:50 PM, I deposited INR 1500.00 using my PayZapp UPI wallet. The money was instantly deducted from my HDFC bank account. However, inside my Dafabet transaction history (ID: 514935162), the status is still stuck on "Pending" through their payment gateway 'HTPay Banking'.
Interestingly, inside my transaction dashboard, the "Follow-up request" shows as "Completed" (Green Tick), which clearly proves that Dafabet's team has already verified and accepted my payment screenshot. Despite this verification being complete, they are refusing to credit the funds to my main balance.
To make matters worse, their customer support is completely broken. I have sent multiple emails with concrete proof, but I am receiving the exact same automated bot email template repeatedly (Ticket #979247). No human agent is replying to my queries or resolving the issue.Please find my account and transaction details below:
