I have been following up with chat support and through email since past 5 days, they kept on asking me to wait for 1-4 days and now even after 5 days there is no proper response from your end. This is not at all fair to the customers. There is no proper customer support to resolve issues. I would like to know how early is your soonest and would need a timeframe in your next response.
