Withdrawal delayed since 15th despite multiple document submissions

I am raising a complaint against Dafabet regarding a withdrawal request of ₹1,60,000 made on the 15th of this month, which has still not been processed.

On the 16th, Dafabet asked me to submit an Aadhaar card selfie where I had to hold the Aadhaar card in my hand with my face and body visible, including front and back, and I submitted it the same day. Later, on the 19th, they requested another verification in the form of a PAN card selfie with very specific instructions, including an uncropped photo, all four edges visible, a clear name and photograph, and my face, arms, and shoulders visible. I fully complied with this requirement as well.

However, the Cashier page, where documents are supposed to be uploaded, never opened for me. I contacted customer care more than five times requesting them to resolve this issue, but no solution was provided. My account kept showing the same message stating that my documents were under review, with no further progress or updates. Finally, on the 29th of this month, customer care advised me to send the documents via email, which I did by sending both Aadhaar and PAN card selfies. Despite this, I have not received any confirmation email or verification update, and my withdrawal is still pending.

I have cooperated fully and submitted all required documents multiple times, yet Dafabet continues to delay my withdrawal without providing a valid reason. I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance to resolve this issue as soon as possible and help me receive my pending withdrawal.
