I submitted a withdrawal request for 10,000 RMB (approximately $1,500 USD) on Dafabet a week ago, but the funds have still not arrived in my bank account.
I have already completed and fully verified the KYC process required by Dafabet. The platform currently claims that the withdrawal has been processed and disbursed. However, both their customer support and automated emails keep repeating the exact same scripted responses, stating that the "relevant department needs more time" while constantly delaying and refusing to provide any legitimate transaction proof or bank wire receipt.
Because they cannot provide any transaction reference numbers or receipts, I have strong reasons to believe that they never actually sent the money and are using stalling tactics. I demand to receive my funds as soon as possible.
Kindly resend us the required bank statement in English in order for us to proceed further.
As for the second concern, please note that Dafabet doesn't contact anyone through private messaging unless previously agreed upon with the player.
