Withdrawal delayed by Dafabet sports
I requested a withdrawal of INR 20,000 via Local Bank Transfer from my Dafa Sports balance on 06/03/2026 at 12:34:15 AM (Transaction ID: 496358302). The Dafabet system shows the status as "Successful" and "Local Bank Transfer" to my registered bank account.
However, as of today (14/03/2026, over 8 days later), the amount has not been credited to my bank account. I have checked my bank statements multiple times—no incoming transaction from Dafabet, Dafa Sports, or any related source appears.
I have contacted support repeatedly via email and live chat:
Emails sent on multiple dates with details and screenshots.
Support replies only with identical templated responses: "Your email regarding a similar content has been noted and will be progressed accordingly. For better assistance in the future, it is recommended to avoid sending multiple emails for one concern. Your patience is appreciated as resolution is being processed. Thanks, Customer Support."
Live chat agents refuse to provide details (e.g., UTR/reference number) and redirect back to email.
I have attached:
Screenshot of transaction history showing "Successful" status and details.
Bank statement screenshot proving no credit received.
Copies of all email correspondence with support (including repeated templates).
Any live chat logs if available.
I confirm I have complied with Dafabet's terms—no bonus wagering issues, account verified (as withdrawal was approved). This is purely a payment processing failure on your end.
