Withdrawal declined delayed in payment

I am submitting this updated and valid complaint against Dafabet India after completing all verification steps and receiving no resolution.
My previous complaint was closed because Dafabet claimed that an “internal investigation” was ongoing, but it has now been over 10 days, and the operator has declined my earlier withdrawals without explanation while my new withdrawals remain pending.

🕒 Chronology of Events:
19 October 2025 – Submitted multiple withdrawal requests totalling ₹3,28,250.
Initially all were shown as “Pending.”
20 October 2025 – Dafabet support (agents: K. Saikiran, B. Gangadhar, and S. Shinde) repeatedly emailed me asking to upload ID documents, even though my profile said “No action required.”
After several follow-ups, the upload section was finally enabled, and I uploaded:

(Purpose: Withdrawal Requirement)
Later, when the upload option disappeared and reappeared again, I submitted:
Aadhaar Card (Front)

After that, the upload feature was again re-enabled, and I again re-uploaded:

Current status: The portal now says —
> “Your document(s) have been submitted and we are currently reviewing them.”
Despite full compliance, Dafabet declined all my earlier withdrawals without any explanation, and my new withdrawals made on 24 October 2025 are again stuck in pending status.\---

All emails came from support.inr@dafabet.com.
I have followed every instruction, uploaded every requested document multiple times, and yet Dafabet has:
1. Not approved my verification.
2. Declined all old withdrawals without giving any reason.
3. Kept my new withdrawals pending even after fresh uploads.

⚖️ What I Request
I respectfully request AskGamblers to:
1. Contact Dafabet India and verify why valid withdrawals are being declined without justification.
2. Instruct Dafabet to complete verification immediately and release all pending withdrawals.
3. Ask Dafabet to provide a clear written explanation for the declined transactions and the ongoing “under review” delay.

📌 Summary I have been fully compliant, transparent, and cooperative for over a week. I only request Dafabet to follow their own stated 24–48 hour verification policy and release my legitimate winnings.
